盐酸利托君用于治疗先兆早产的临床疗效观察

目的探讨盐酸利托君在先兆早产治疗中的价值。方法选取先兆早产孕妇96例，分为盐酸利托君组（研究组）和硫酸镁组（对照组），各48例。研究组采用盐酸利托君静滴治疗，对照组采用硫酸镁静滴治疗，比较两组孕妇妊娠结局、药物效果、新生儿出生情况。结果研究组药物起效时间、延长孕周时间、保胎成功率、孕妇不良反应发生率与对照组相比，差异具有显著性；两组新生儿出生情况及分娩方式，差异没有显著性。结论盐酸利托君在治疗先兆早产方面具有优势，安全有效，可用于临床治疗。

Ritodrine hydrochloride for the treatment of threatened premature

Objective To explore the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride in the treatment of preterm labor. Methods Ninety-six patients of threatened preterm were divided into two groups randomly, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in case group were received the treatment of ritodrine hydroehloride while magnesium sulfate in control group. Compared the outcomes of pregnancy, effects of drugs, outcomes of perinatal of two groups. Results There was significant difference in the aspect of drug onset time, prolonged gestation period, miscarriage success rate, maternal incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, but no significant difference in birth circumstances and the mode of delivery. Conclusion Ritodrine hydroehloride can be used to prevent or delay the process of preterm labor and been con- firmed safe and effective.
