红外线照射联合外科清创换药治疗压疮的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨红外线照射联合外科换药治疗压疮的有效性,为加快压疮的愈合、缩短疗程提供参考。方法选取我院2011年6月。2012年8月Ⅱ期以上压疮患者64例随机抽样分为两组:对照组32例,单纯采用外科清创换药治疗;实验组32例,采用外科清创换药治疗联合红外线照射。两组患者均于处理后的第2天分别测量压疮创面大小、深度、肉芽组织新鲜程度、周围皮肤颜色等以评估压疮的愈合程度。结果实验组患者压疮的治愈率为65.7%。对照组患者的愈合率为35.3%,实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P〈0.05);实验组患者压疮的平均愈合时间为(11.45±1.12)d,比对照组愈合时间(16.72±2.54)d明显缩短(P〈0.01),实验组患者压疮伤口肉芽组织分级及周围皮肤分级均显著优于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论采用红外线联合外科清创换药治疗压疮是一种科学有效的方法.能有效促进压疮的愈合,值得在临床上进一步研究探讨和实践。

Effect observation of joint surgical debridement dressing infrared irradiation in treatment of pressure ulcers

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of infrared radiation combined surgical treatment in the treatment of pressure ulcers, to accelerate the healing of pressure ulcers, shorten period of treatment to provide the reference. Methods From June 2011 to August 2012 11 period more than 64 cases of patients with pressure ulcers random sampling can be divided into two groups: the control group, 32 cases only with surgical debridement dressing treatment; The experimental group 32 cases, treated with surgical debridement dressing combined infrared radiation; On the second day of after treatment in both groups were measured pressure ulcers wound size, depth, granulation tissue, freshness, and the surrounding skin color evaluation degree of pressure ulcer healing. Results The patients with pressure ulcers of the cure rate was 65.7%, control group patients healing rate was 35.3%, the experimental effect is better than the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; Experimental group patients with pressure ulcers of the average healing time was (11.45±1.12)d, (16.72±2,54) than control group healing time d, shortened significantly (P 〈 0.01), the experi- mental group patients with pressure ulcers wound granulation tissue classification and surrounding skin classification were significantly better than that of control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Using infrared joint surgical debridement dressing in the treatment of pressure ulcers is a scientific and effective method, can effectively promote the healing of pressure sores, deserves further research and practice in clinic.
