胆石利通片铝盐控制点变更分析

目的　去掉中间体干颗粒铝盐的控制点 ,缩短生产周期 ,保证成品铝盐合格。方法　根据乳没矾混合粉铝盐含量实际测定值 ,预测干颗粒的铝盐含量 ,再实际测定干颗粒铝盐含量 ,积累 2 0批数据 ,找出最佳指标。结果　最佳指标为 7.5 %≤ 1.0 1× a≤ 9.5 %(a为预测值 )。结论　此指标在生产中具可行性 ,对指导生产具有现实意义。

To Analyse Changing Aluminum Salt's Control Point of Danshilitong Tablet

Objective To establish a method of reducing the production period and insuring the quality of finished product by cancelling the inter mediates control point.Methods According to the true content of the mixture of Olibanum Myrrha and Alumen,predict the Aluminum salt content of the inter mediates, then determine the inter mediates true content. Accumulating 20 batches quantity,the best index is concluded. Results The best index is 7.5%≤1.01×a≤9.5%(The "a" is estimating result). Conclusion This index is feasible in production. It has the actual effect on conduct production.
