| Abstract: | Nineteen cases of chronic osteomyelitis were treated with continuous irrigation and vacuum drainage following sequestrectomy and currettage and were followed-up for 1 to 5 years. No wound healing failure or recurrence of osteomyelitis was found. The details of the technique and its advantages as well as cautions were also discussed in this paper. |
