脐血LAK细胞分泌成分抑制大肠杆菌生长的初步实验

目的探讨人脐血LAK细胞分泌成分对埃希氏大肠杆菌的抑制作用。方法将脐血LAK细胞培养上清液和稀释的埃希氏大肠杆菌悬液混合，在培养皿内培养不同时间，计数各个培养皿内细菌菌落数。结果加入脐血LAK细胞培养上清液的培养皿内无或仅有少量细菌菌落生长，而未加入脐血LAK细胞培养上清液的对照培养皿内有大量细菌菌落生长。结论脐血LAK细胞分泌成分具有抑制大肠杆菌生长的能力，为进一步研究和临床应用奠定了基础。

Preliminary studies on suppressive effect of secretory components of cord blood LAK cells on E.coli

Objective: To investigate the suppressive effect of cord blood LAK cells secretory components on E.coli. Methods: The culture supernatant of cord blood LAK cells and diluted E.coli suspension were cocultured in agar medium and the colonies of E.coli were counted. Results: There were fewcolonies of E.coli in the test groups but large numbers of colonies of E.coli in the control groups,and there were significant differences between them. Conclusion: The culture supernatant of cord blood LAK cells have the ability to suppress the growth of E.coli.The investigation establishes a foundation for furthure research and clinical use of the culture supernatant of cord blood LAK cells.
