颅内动脉瘤显微手术夹闭治疗86例临床分析

目的 总结颅内动脉瘤显微手术夹闭治疗的经验.方法 回顾性分析我院采用经翼点入路显微手术夹闭治疗86例颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料.结果 本组病例均一次性夹闭,共92个动脉瘤,手术后随访3个月至2年,良好72例,中残10例,重残4例,无死亡病例.结论 经翼点入路显微手术夹闭术是治疗颅内动脉瘤的有效方法,能充分显露动脉瘤,选择合适的手术时机,精细的手术操作及合理的术后处理,能提高颅内动脉瘤的手术疗效改善患者生存质量.

Microsurgical clipping in the the treatment of intracranial aneurysm: a report of 86 cases

Objective To summarize the experience and skills in the microsurgical clipping treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Methods An retrospective analysis was established on 86 intracranial aneurysmal patients who were received microsurgical clipping treatment through the pterional approachs. Results Ninety-two aneurysms in 86 patients were clipped at one time.The following data was collected from 3 months to 2 years after the operations: no aneurysms were recurred or re-ruptured. Seventy-two patients were recovered well. Conclusion The microsurgical clipping through the pterional approachs is an effective method to treat the intracranial aneurysms, and the right operative opportunity, the careful operative technique and the proper postoperative conduction can increase the postoperative patients’ life quality.
