汶川特大地震卫勤保障的实践与思考

本文结合抗震救灾实践，分析了卫勤保障活动存在的组织指挥的权威性和科学性、卫勤信息的准确性和及时性、后勤保障的有序性和精确性等方面存在的问题，提出围绕“卫勤地位”和“军地协同”问题加强灾害救援指挥体系建设，围绕系统“可靠性”和信息“可利用性”问题加强信息通讯体系建设、围绕“机动性”和“模块化”问题加强装备物资体系建设、围绕“快速响应”和“科学救援”加强适应多样化任务要求的保障能力等四个方面的对策措施。

Practice and Reflection on Medical Support of Extraordinarily Serious Earthquake

The author analyzed the main problems of organizing command, medical service information and logistics support during the action of medical support combining with the practice of earthquake relief. Some suggestions were provided as follows： strengthening the establishment of disaster rescue command system, reinforcing the con- struction of information and communication system, improving the mobility and modularity of medical equipment, enhancing the response speed and scientific rescue ability of medical support of diversified military missions.
