| 摘 要： | 为证实螺灭杀（５０％氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂）的灭螺效果，进行了室内和现场灭螺试验。室内０．２－０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ浸杀灭螺４８小时钉螺死亡率为９０％－１００％；现场喷洒３ｇ／ｍ２和３ｇ／ｍ２后３－７天，钉螺死亡率分别为、７３．３３－８９．７２％和８６．９－９３．７５％，同期内五氯酸钠１０ｇ／ｍ２对照组仅４０．７１－６２．６３％．与五氨酚钠比较该药具有较好杀螺作用，但对鱼类也有毒。

| Abstract: | In order to study the molluscicidal effects of Luomiecide (50% wettable powder of ethanolamine salt of niclosamide), the experiments were carried out in the laboratory and field. The results showed that in the laboratory, 90-100% of snails were killed when they were immersed in Luomiecide with concentrations of 0. 2-0. 5mg/L for 48 hours. When the drug was used as spray in the field. the snail death rates were 73. 33-89. 72 % at the dosage of 2g/m2 and 86. 9-93.75% at the dosage of 3g/m2 for 3-7 days. The snail death rate was only 40. 71-62. 63% at the dosage of 10g/m2 with pentachlorophenol sodium salt (NaPCP). It indicated that the molluscicidal effect of Luomiecide was better than that of NaPCP, and that Luomiecide is a promising molluscicide used in the field. However, it has certain toxicity to fish. |
