| 摘 要： | 目的:根据逆向工程原理,运用逆向工程软件把CT/MRI扫描的髋关节组织数据重建模型,使其能用于CAD/CAM机械制造中。材料与方法:应用Mimics软件,对髋关节组织扫描图像进行处理,创建三维立体模型,并在此模型基础上提取NURBS曲线、曲面模型,进行CAD设计再创造,使其最终运用于CAD/CAM中。结果和结论:假体/植入体的设计需要病理区的数字模型作为参考,如果没有病理区的模型,假体设计将很难开展下去。本研究运用Mimics中MedCAD模块,用MRI二维断层扫瞄数字在创建髋关节骨三维模型的基础上,进行髋关节股骨上段曲线、曲面提取。通过CAD的再创造,模型都可以IGES格式输出,可供任何CAD系统软件读取,用于构建生物材料的金属件、进行定制体的设计、制造等。 |
