| 摘 要： | 高校教务管理队伍建设当前主要存在着服务意识不强、创新精神欠缺、业务素质不高、结构不够合理、队伍不够稳定等突出问题,其根源既有领导方面的原因,又有教务管理人员自身的原因。要解决这一问题,一是领导要高度重视教务队伍建设,二是要加强教育和培训,优化教务管理人员结构,提高其业务素质;三是要健全竞争激励机制,提高教务管理人员的积极性。
