《安徽省白内障手术专科医生认证标准》与培训认证结果分析

目的探讨白内障手术专科医生认证和短期培训的效果。方法严格按照制定的标准要求选择医生，进行三至五天的培训。培训方法有：理论讲座8个学时，主要针对小切口白内障手术（SICS）技术；动物实验，采用离体猪眼在显微镜下进行手术操作；手术示教，采用现场手术示范，并让学员做手术助手；手术带教，由带教老师上台指导，采取手把手的方法进行实际操作带教；然后进行理论考试和手术操作考试。结果52名接受培训的医生49名合格。项目中期深入了7所定点医院进行了现场的手术检查，培训合格的医生均能较熟练的完成SICS。年终检查所有的白内障手术定点医院，2008年度共完成贫困白内障患者10483例，由培训后合格的医生完成了近80％的手术量；同时采取现场随机入户调查，电话随访，病历抽查等方式，结果显示接受手术者满意率95．72％，人工晶体植入率97．86％，SICS占94．82％，术后视力无法准确统计，但较培训前有明显提高。结论有手术认证准人制度，是确保贫困白内障患者复明工程圆满完成的保障。在特定条件下进行的短期培训是推广SICS手术有力的措施。

Analysis of training and authentication of cataract surgeon of Anhui Province

Aim To analyze the effect of training and authentication of cataract surgeon in Anhui Province. Methods Doctors fitting the eriterion were trained for 3 to 5 days, which includes： theory class for 8 hours, animal experiments and surgery show. After that, examination for theory and practice were taken. Results 49 out of 52 trained doctors were eertifieated and about 8000 eataraet patients were operated by them. By household and telephone survey, the satisfied ratio was 95.72%, implantation ratio of intraoeular lens was 97.86%, 94.82% operations were taken by small incision cataraet surgery （SICS）. Conclusion Authentication system is the guarantee of sueeessful completion of rebright project.
