| 摘 要： | 本文报道了９例病毒性脑炎。总结了该病的临床表现，并将其与ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ检查结果作对比分析。强调了ＭＲＩ检查在发现早期病变、过小病灶，病灶数目及脑膜改变等方面，明显优于ＣＴ检查。但合并出血时ＣＴ则优于ＭＲＩ。

| Abstract: | Nine cases of virus encephalitis were reported. The clinical manifestations were summarised and analysed. comparatively with the CT and MRI features. The authors stressed that. in the case of finding early lesions and tiny focus, detecting the numbers of foci and observing the abnormal changess in meninges,MRI conspicuously predominated over CT examination. On the contrary, when accompanied by intracranial hemorrhage, CT is better than MRI examination. |
