高眼压症患者的临床随访观察

目的 探讨高眼压症的致病因素、随访指标、治疗等。方法 对22例高眼压症患者进行3年～10年(平均4年)的随访。随访包括眼压、视乳头杯／盘、视野等方面。并对其中2例存在高危因素的病例进行药物治疗。结果 22例患者随访过程中眼底无变化，其中2例眼压呈下降趋势，2例视野出现可疑青光眼改变，并且伴有高危因素，予降眼压药物治疗。结论 高眼压症患者的致病因素与年龄、屈光、内分泌系统疾病、视乳头慢性缺血、心血管疾病等有关。

A clinical observing of ocular hypertension patients

Objective To observe and discuss the contributory factors of ocular hypertension, the clinical signs for follow up and the treatment of it.Methods 22 cases (44 eyes) with ocular hypertension were observed for intraocular pressure, optic cup/disc, and vision field. These cases were followed up for 3 to 10 years (mean 4 years). Those with high glaucomatous dangers were treated.Results During the term of follow-up, the optic cup/discs had no developed. The intraocular pressure of 2 cases had gone down,2 cases with probably glaucomatous vision field damaged ,and with high glaucomatous dangers ,were treated by medicine. Conclusion Some of the probably contributory factors of ocular hypertension were discussed. Such as age, ametropia, endocrinopathy, asthenopic, cardiovascular disease, et al.
