| 摘 要： | 目的研究内、外踝血管网的构成,为小腿下段及足部组织缺损的皮瓣修复提供解剖学基础。方法对45例新鲜成人标本进行解剖,观察内、外踝血管网的构成及其与小腿筋膜皮肤血管网的交通吻合。结果内、外踝血管网血供来源很多,在踝周形成了错综复杂的吻合。结论内、外踝血管网解剖位置恒定、管径粗、吻合丰富,可作为足部及小腿远段皮瓣的供养血管。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the structure of vessel network in medial malleolus and lateral malleolus,and provide anatomical evidences for the repair defective tissue of inferion segment leg and pedal territory.Methods Observe the structure of vessel network in medial malleolus and lateral malleolus,and the vascular anastomosis with the leg anadesma;fascia vessel network with fresh specimer from 45 healthy aldults.Results Vessel network in medial malleolus and lateral malleolus was abundant and formed by multiple source vessels.Conclusion The vessel network in medial malleolus and lateral malleolus has permanent anatomical location and coarse diameter and abundant anastomosis,can be used to feed skin flap of leg and distal segment pedal territory. |
