肝胃舒合剂对肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后免疫功能及肝功能的影响

目的 :探讨中药肝胃舒合剂对肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE )后消化道反应、免疫功能及肝功能损害的影响。方法 :5 4例原发性肝癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组 (每组 2 7例 )。对照组行 TACE及对症处理 ,观察组于 TACE前 3d口服肝胃舒合剂 ,其他治疗同对照组 ,进行疗效对比。结果 :观察组 TACE后消化道反应程度、肝功能损害明显较对照组轻 ,免疫功能的作用显著增强。结论 :肝胃舒合剂可减轻肝癌患者 TACE后的消化道反应及肝功能损害 ,增强免疫功能。

Influence of Ganweishu Mixture on Protecting Liver and Immune Function after Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the effect of Ganweishu mixture (GWM) on protecting liver and immune function after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: Fifty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=27) and control group (n=27). Twenty-seven cases in the treatment group were treated with ACE plus GWM before and after TACE, while those in the control group were only treated with TACE. Results: There was significant difference (P< 0.01) between the two groups in the change of liver functions, value of CD_3/CD_4 and CD_4/CD_8 after treatment. Conclusion: GWM could reduce the reflection of digestive tract and the impairment of liver function after TACE and promote the immune function.
