舒适护理在中年冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用

目的探讨舒适护理在中年冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用效果,提出增加患者舒适度的护理方法。方法将80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组住院全程给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理,并发放焦虑自评量表(SAS)和患者满意度调查表进行评定。结果两组焦虑评分及患者满意度比较有显著性差异(P<0·05),且实验组术中疼痛及术后穿刺部位出血、尿潴留、迷走神经反射等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0·05)。结论对冠脉介入治疗的中年患者应用舒适护理,可使患者在心理、生理上以最佳的状态配合手术治疗与护理,同时对提高护理服务质量及患者对护理工作的满意度有重要意义。

Application of comfortable nursing care in coronary artery intervention therapy for patients in middle age.

Objective: To study the effectiveness of comfortable nursing care in coronary artery intervention therapy for patients in middle age so as to put forward effective nursing approaches. Methods: 80 patients were divided into experiment group (n=40) and control group (n=40) at random. Comfortable nursing care was applied in the duration of hospitalization in the experiment group, while routine nursing care was given in the control group, and satisfaction of patients was evaluated by SAS. Results: The significant difference was found in the comparison of anxiety and satisfaction between the two groups (P<0.05). More ever, the complications such as pain in operation, blooding caused by puncture, urinary retention and vagus reflection were much lower in the experiment group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comfortable nursing care in coronary artery intervention therapy can have patients in middle age in optimal state both in therapy and nursing care, so it is important to improve the quality of nursing care and patient's satisfaction.
