| 摘 要： | 目的：了解湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在临床治疗各类烧伤病人的作用，观察治疗过程中机体创面的愈合情况。方法：正规系统使用湿润烧伤膏和湿性暴露疗法(MEBT)处理烧伤创面，每4小时换药1次，换药前将残除药物及液化组织清除干净，做到不疼痛，不出血。结果：56例病人治愈后无瘢痕及色素沉着，特别是关节部位未留瘢痕，功能良好。结论：(MEBT／MEBO)技术疗效可靠，在很大程度上优于传统的烧伤治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the course of MEBO treatment and the process of wound healing. Method: MEBT/MEBO was applied in a standard way. The drug was applied every 4 hrs. Before drug application the wounds were cleaned to remove liquefied tissue and residue of the drug applied previously. The drug was applied gently to avoid pain and bleeding. Result: 56 cases of burn were cured. Their wounds were healed without scar formation and pigmentation. In particular, no scar formed in joint positions. The joints had good function. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has very reliable efficacy. It is superior to conventional treatment. |
