苯那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床分析

目的 评价盐酸苯那普利对慢性充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）的疗效。方法 将６４例ＣＨＦ患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予硝酸甘油、洋地黄、利尿剂等常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予苯那普利首剂２．５ｍｇ，以后１０ｍｇ／ｄ连续治疗６个月。结果 苯那普利可使心纺减慢，每搏量（ＳＶ）、左室射血分数（ＬＶＥＦ）增加，以舒张末容积（ＥＤＶ）、左室收缩末容积（ＥＳＶ）下降，可降低高胰岛素血证，改善胰岛素抗性，

Clinical Analysis of Benazepril in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective In order to evaluate the effects of benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Method 64 cases of CHF were randomized into 2 groups benazepril group and placebo group.In benazepril group,2.5mg benazepril was administed initially,then 10mg was taken daily in the following 6 months.Result Benazepril reduced the heart rate,left ventricular end diastolic volume(EDV) and left ventrecular end systolic volume(ESV),but increased a stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF);In the mean time,it reduced hyperinsulinism,improved insulin resistance,delayed ventricular remodeling and had not side effects on the patient's glucose metablism and live,kidney funtion.Actually,Benazepril combined with diuetics,digitalis,nitroglycerin was more effective in the treatment of refractory CHF.Conclusion Benazepril treats CHF to be safe and efftive.
