脑通口服液对大鼠急性脑梗塞的治疗作用

目的 观察脑通口服液对急性实验性脑梗塞大鼠的治疗作用，并初步探讨其作用机制。方法 ３０只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠，制成脑梗塞模型后，随机分为３组，分别以脑通口服液、脑血康口服液和生理盐水灌胃治疗１０ｄ，治疗前后检查神经病学评分和病理组织学改变。结果 脑通口服液治疗后的脑梗塞大鼠神经病学评分明显低于治疗前和生理盐水对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），但与脑血康治疗组间差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）；脑组织病理学检查显示脑

Experimental Study of Treatment with Naotong Oral Solution to Acute Cerebral Embolism in Rats

Objective To observe the effect of Naotong oral solution (NTOS) in treatment of experimental acute cerebral emblolism rats.Method 30 rats of acute cerebral embolism were divided into three groups which were respectively treated with NTOS,Naoxuekang oral solution (NXK) and normal saline (NS) for 10 days,and the neurologic grades and pathology of rat models were observed before and after treatment.Result The neurologic grades of NTOS group were markedly lowered compared with that of pretreated group and NS control group (both P<0.01),but there was not significant different between NTOS group and NXK group (P>0.05).It was showed in pathology that the injuries of neurones were more slighter in the NTOS group than the control group.Conclusion NTOS may reduce brain ischemia and injuries of neurones in acute cerebral embolism and therefore have a protecting role on ischemic cerebral injuries.
