对营利性医疗机构消毒隔离工作现状的调查分析

目的通过对营利性医疗机构进行消毒隔离专项工作检查，了解消毒隔离工作管理现状。方法以《医院感染管理规范》等相关文件为标准，抽查不同类型营利性医疗机构消毒隔离工作情况。结果消毒供应室、手术室、口腔科在布局、消毒灭菌方法、灭菌物品储存、无菌物品灭菌效果监测等方面合格率低，存在问题较多。结论卫生主管部门应加强对营利性医疗机构医院感染管理工作的监控和管理力度。

Analysis of status quo of profitable medical organizations' disinfection and isolation

Objective To understand the status quo of management of disinfection and isolation in profitable medical organizations through specialized examination. Methods Selective examination were performed on disinfection and isolation of different types of profitable medical organizations according to the criterion of "hospital infection management standards" and correlative documents. Results The certified rate of layout, method of sterilization, storage of sterilized goods, and monitoring sterilizing efficiency of sterilized goods in supply room, operation room and dept. of nonnasality were low, and many problems existed there. Conlusion Health administrative department should strengthen the monitoring and management of disinfection and isolation in profitable medical organizations.
