63例老年高血压病患者心理治疗临床观察

目的研究心理治疗对老年高血压病患者的疗效。方法采用随机法将63例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规药物治疗高血压的基础上,同时进行心理治疗,每周1次,每次15~30min,每4周为一疗程,共3个疗程,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,观察两组治疗前后血压下降和临床症状改善情况。结果治疗3个疗程后,两组血压均有不同程度下降,但以治疗组明显,且临床症状改善也明显好于对照组。结论老年高血压病患者,在给予常规药物治疗的同时辅以心理治疗,可显著提高药物疗效和改善临床症状。

Clinical Observation on Psychological Treatment for 63 Elderly Patients with Hypertension
