| 摘 要： | 目的 了解活动期和非活动期系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)患者血清胆红素水平。方法 检测活动期SLE患者组、非活动期SLE患者组、类风湿性关节炎患者组和健康对照组血清总胆红素 (TBil)和直接胆红素 (DBil)水平。结果 活动期SLE患者组血清TBil和DBil水平较其他 3组明显降低 ,而其他 3组之间差异无显著性。结论 血清胆红素水平与SLE的活动性有关 ,其水平可作为SLE活动性的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the serum level of bilirubin in patients with active and non-active systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). Methods Serum levels of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin were determined in patients with active SLE,non-active SLE, rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and healthy control group. Results The serum levels of total bilirubin and direct bilirubin in activity SLE group were significantly lower than that in other three groups,and there was no difference in other three groups. Conclusions The serum levels of bilirubin may be related to SLE activity. |
