| 摘 要： | 本文以马拉硫磷为内标物,建立了用气相色谱测定利多卡因血药浓度的新方法,该法简便快速准确,重现性好,易于普及推广,用于临床上血药浓度的测定,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | A new method for determining the blood concentration of lidocaine on tie basis of GC was given in this paper and malathion was used as an internal label. This is a simple, rapid and accurate method with good reappearance and is easy to be popularized. It has been used in the clinical determination of the blood concentration of drugs with better effect. |
