摘    要:目的建立测定羟苯乙酯中水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5um),以0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(pH=3.4)-乙腈(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为297nm。结果水杨酸质量浓度在0.51~13.26ug/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确、快速,适用于羟苯乙酯中水杨酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of salicylic acid in ethyparaben by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic column was Dia- monsil C18 column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 um) and the mobile phase was 0. 05 mol/L NAH2PO4(pH =3. d) -acetonitrile(50 : 50),the detective wavelength was 297 nm. Results It took the good linear relationship when the sample size of salicylic acid was within the range of 0.51- 13.26ug/mL. The average recovery rate was 99.0%, RSD =0. 8% (n =6). Conclusion The methed is simple, accurate and fast, which can be used for the content determination of solicylic acid in ethylparaben.
