| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药复方的镇静、催眠作用。方法：以蒸馏水为空白对照组,阳性药物对照组和高、中、低给药组连续灌胃给药7d,观察小鼠自主活动情况。结果：中药复方能减少小鼠自主活动次数,与对照组比较给药组差异有显著性。结论：中药复方对小鼠具有镇静、催眠作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the sedative and hypnotic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The mice were randomly divided into control,positive control group and the large,medium and small-dose group.The spontaneous motion was observed.Results:The Traditional Chinese Medicine could markedly inhibit spontaneous motion.Compared with control,the large,medium and small-dose group could markedly decrease the times of free movem(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine possesses obvious sedative... |
