| 摘 要： | 我国现行的医院编制随着国民经济的快速增长以及医药卫生事业的不断发展，已经不能适应我国卫生事业发展的需要。本研究运用分层随机抽样的方法，在我国9省市开展现场调研工作，通过对三级综合医院住院部医师配置的现状的分析，采用病例分型结合工作量测算的方法，测算住院部各科室2周病人所需诊疗时间，并与实际排班时间进行比较，作为人员编制测算标准，为提出合理的住院部医师的配备标准提供参考依据及注意事项。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of national economy and continuous development of medical and public health undertakings, the existing hospitals establishment can not meet the development needs of public health undertakings in China. The study conducts prevalence survey in nine provinces of China using the mothod of stratified random sampling, analyzes the current status of resident-allocating in thirdtier general hospitals, calculates the the time of diagnosis and treatment in all departments during two weeks according to the method of case classification combined with calculation of workload, and compares the standard time with the actual working time. As the establishment estimating standard for the resident-allocating, it provides reference and note for considerating reasonable resident-allocating standard. |
