小儿重复输尿管的诊断和治疗

目的 总结小儿重复输尿管的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析13例重复输尿管的临床资料，其中完全性单侧重复输尿管(UCUD)9例，不完全性单侧重复输尿管(UIUD)2例，完全性双侧重复输尿管(BCUD)2例。合并输尿管异位开口7例，输尿管囊肿5例。9例UCUD行重复肾及重复输尿管切除术；2例BCUD，1例行单侧、1例行双侧重复肾及重复输尿管切除术。1例UIUD行输尿管侧侧吻合术。结果12例术后随访6月-5年，11例原有发热及尿路感染等症状消失，1例BCUD遗留输尿管残端反复感染。结论临床症状结合影像检查是诊断重复输尿管的有效方法，治疗取决于上半肾的功能。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Ureteric Duplication for Children

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of ureteric duplication for children. Methods A review of the diagnosis and treatment of 13 cases were carried out. Of them, 9 cases were unilateral complete ureteric duplication (UCUD) , 2 unilateral incomplete ureteric duplication (UIUD)and 2 bilateral complete ureteric duplication (BCUD),7 cases of them were complicated with ectopic opening of ureter,5 cases complicated ureter cyst.Upper pole nephroureterectomy was carried out for 9 UCUD and 1 BCUD cases.The bilateral upper pole nephroureterectomy was carried out for 1 BCUD case. Ureteroureterostomy was conducted for the 1 UIUD. Results The upper renal pole has being resected in 12 cases,they were followed up for 6 months to 5 years.Only 1 had residual ureteral multi -infections,symptoms of ureteral infection, and fever were disappeared post-operation in another 11 cases and Conclusions The clinical symptoms combined with imaging examination are effective way for the correct diagnosis,we consider that the treatment depend on the function assessment of the upper half kidney.
