捻针刺激太溪穴对MCI功能性磁共振成像影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨MCI病理状态下针刺太溪穴的脑功能效应中枢机制。方法:纳入MCI患者和健康老年人各12名,针刺右侧太溪穴,实验采用单组块设计,分为针刺前静息态、捻针状态2个模块。扫描后图像使用SPM2进行后处理。结果:针刺前,静息状态、MCI患者组与正常组比较,左侧额上回BA6、左侧扣带回BA24、右侧颞上回BA38血氧代谢降低;针刺太溪穴捻针状态,激活脑区集中于左侧额内侧回BA6、左侧中央后回BA40、左侧岛叶BA13、右侧额内侧回BA6、右侧颞上回BA22、左小脑前叶蚓部。结论:针刺太溪穴靶向性激活了MCI患者病变脑区,且对于相关脑区具有整体性调节效应。
