| 摘 要： | 目的:本研究以形态学等检测技术,观察真武汤对肾阳虚型慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾组织的影响。方法:通过研究温补肾阳传统名方真武汤对肾阳虚慢性肾衰模型肾脏病理的影响,观察真武汤对肾功能的保护作用。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠肾组织光镜观察可见肾小球充血、囊腔扩大、间质纤维组织增生及大量炎细胞浸润,肾小管呈代偿性扩张。真武汤组大鼠肾组织光镜观察可见病理损伤明显减轻。结论:肾阳虚型慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾组织病理可见明显损伤,真武汤能够使其逆转。
