| 摘 要： | 膝骨关节炎是临床危害较大的疾病,针刀治疗有一定优势。本文从针刀疗法力学平衡理论和经筋束骨利关节的作用入手,分析韧带力学变化在膝骨关节炎中的重要作用;并从韧带力学变化引起关节软骨细胞力学信号传导,最终调控细胞内部基因表达,一步步分析针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的力学信号传导机制,为针刀基础研究、膝部经筋理论和膝骨关节炎提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Acupotome can treat knee osteoarthritis(KOA) which have major hazard in clinical and superiors to other methods.This article analyzes the change of ligament's machanics in KOA according to equilibrium of mechanics andshu bone and benefit to joint of the twelve meridian sinews.This article also analyzes mechanism that the change of ligament's machanics cause mechanics' signal transduction and further control gene expression in chondrocyte.These analysis will offer one neoteric way for the basic researcher of... |
