医院内感染的调查研究

目的:了解赤峰地区医院内感染的情况,为今后防治工作提供科学依据。方法:2005年3月1日至4月20日,对赤峰第二医院内科、外科、妇科、儿科、骨科、泌尿科、神经内科住院病人的院内感染情况进行了调查。结果:医院内感染主要为呼吸道感染、伤口感染、尿路感染、肠道感染、其他还有皮肤感染等,总感染率为9.13%。引起院内感染的主要致病菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、副大肠杆菌、非发酵革兰氏染色阳性杆菌等。院内感染的危险因素,与病人年龄、手术操作时间及各科病房空气污染状况等因素有关。
