摘    要:目的:建立以双硫腙水相分光光度法测定维参锌胶囊中锌含量的方法。方法:在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,以醋酸-醋酸钠(pH4.5)为缓冲介质,利用锌离子与双硫腙形成稳定的配合物,在535nm波长处采用分光光度法测定并计算维参锌胶囊中锌的含量。结果:锌检测浓度的线性范围为0.172~1.204μg.mL-1(r=0.999 3);平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.94%。结论:本方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,可用于维参锌胶囊中锌的含量测定。

Determination of Zinc in Weishenxin Capsule by Dithizone Spectrophotometry in Water Phase

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of zinc in weishenxin capsule by dithizone - spectrophotometry in water phase. METHODS: A stable coordination compound of zinc ion and dithizone was formed in acetic acid - sodium acetate (pH = 4.5) buffer solution with the presence of nonionic wetting agent tween 80. The content of zinc in weishenxin capsule was determined under a wavelength of 535 nm by spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The linear range of zinc was 0.172 ~1.204μg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 3) with an average recovery rate of 99.20% (RSD = 0.94% ). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and applicable for the determination of the content of zinc in weishenxin capsule.
