我院中成药应用分析

目的：评价我院中成药应用的现状和发展中存在的问题。方法：对我院门诊2006年4月2007年4月所使用的中成药的金额、数量、种类进行统计分析。结果：我院门诊应用的中成药以具有清热、解毒、燥湿和止血作用的药物销量最多，总体使用规范，但仍存在一些不合理现象。结论：提高中成药疗效，规范合理使用中成药需全院全社会共同努力。

Analysis of the Utilization of Chinese Traditional Medicines in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo of the application of Chinese traditional medicines and the problems lie in the development of the application of Chinese traditional medicine. METHODS： The Chinese traditional medicines used in outpatients from Apr. 2006 to Apr. 2007 in our patient were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, con- sumption quantity and drug category. RESULTS： Leading the list in terms of consumption quantity in the outpatient depart- ment were heat- clearing drugs, detoxicating drugs, dampness- drying drugs and haemostatics. The utilization of Chinese traditional medicines in outpatients was standard on the whole, but there were still some irrational phenomena. CONCLU- SION： To enhance the curative efficacy of Chinese traditional medicines and standardize their use, the coeffort of both hospital staff and the society is much needed.
