摘    要:目的:建立伸筋活血合剂的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法分别鉴别该制剂中伸筋草、白芍、续断与甘草。结果:供试品中白芍、续断与甘草的色谱分别在与对照品色谱相对应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰;但供试品中伸筋草的色谱无特征斑点。结论:所建立的白芍、续断、甘草的TLC鉴别方法重现性好、专属性强、结果可靠,可用于伸筋活血合剂的质量控制。鉴于伸筋草的TLC无特征斑点,建议改进伸筋活血合剂的生产工艺。

TLC Identification of Shenjin Huoxue Mixture

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for qualitative identification of Shenjin huoxue mixture. METHODS: Lycopodii japonicum, Paeonia lactiflora, Dipsacus asperoides and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the preparation were identified by TLC. RESULTS: At the corresponding positions, the color of TLC spots of Paeonia lactiflora, Dipsacus asperoides and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in the test samples and in reference substances were identical. There was no interference form negative control. But no characteristic spots of Lycopodii japonicum in the sample were noted. CONCLUSION: The established TLC identification method of Paeonia lactiflora, Dipsacus asperoides and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae is re- producible, specific, reliable and suitable for the quality control of Shenjin huoxue mixture.The absence of characteristic TLC spots of Lycopodii jaDonicum in the sample is suggestive of the necessity of improving the production technology of Shenjin huoxue mixture.
