CUEDC2蛋白研究进展

CUEDC2是由国内学者张学敏于2007年首次报道的一种蛋白分子,由于其能够促进孕激素受体发生降解,引起了研究者的极大兴趣。随着研究的不断深入,CUEDC2在一些细胞重要的生理调控活动中发挥的关键性作用被相继阐明。目前发现,CUEDC2参与了细胞周期调控和细胞信号转导,并与某些肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。根据现有相关文献,对CUEDC2的结构以及有关功能的研究进展进行综述。

Advances in CUEDC2 protein

CUEDC2 protein promoting progesterone receptor degradation first reported by the team of academician Zhang Xue-min in EMBO J 2007 is a kind of important proteins whose functions are still not clear. With the deeper research ,CUEDC2 plays a key role in a number of important physiological regulation of cellular events causing great concern of researchers. So far ,The important regu-latory mechanism in cell cycle ,signal transduction pathways ,developments of tumors and so on involving CUEDC2 has been publicly reported. According to available literature,the progresses in structure and functions of CUEDC2 are summarized.
