HPLC法测定氯霉素阴道软胶囊中氯霉素的含量

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定氯霉素阴道软胶囊中氯霉素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为0.1%庚烷磺酸钠的溶液-乙腈(77∶23),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为272nm,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果:氯霉素检测浓度的线性范围为0.079~0.113mg.mL-1(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为99.38%,RSD=0.42%。结论:本方法专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

Determination of Chloramphenicol Content in Chloramphenicol Vaginal Soft Capsule by HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chloramphenicol content in chloram- phenicol vaginal soft capsule. METHODS： The sample was separated on Kromasil C18 column with 0.1% sodium heptanesul- fonate solution- acetonitrile （77 ： 23） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm; The sample size was 10 btL and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃ . RESULTS： The linear range of chloramphenicol was 0.079--0.113 mg · mL^-1 （r ： 0.999 6） and its average recovery rate was 99.38% （RSD = 0.42% ） . CONCLUSION： The method was proved to be specific, sensitive, accurate in results and suitable for the determination of chloramphenicol content in chloramphenicol vaginal soft capsule.
