| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药药学服务对改善患者用药依从性的作用和影响。方法:分析引起患者用药不依从的因素和医院药学服务在改善患者用药依从性中的作用。结果:患者对药物治疗的依从性是取得最佳治疗效果的基本条件,而良好的药学服务在其中起着积极的作用。结论:医院药学服务有助于加强医师与患者和临床药师之间的沟通,提高患者用药依从性,促进合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect and impact of pharmaceutical care of traditional Chinese medicine on pa tients＇ compliance. METHODS： The influencing factors of patients＇ noncompliance and the effect of hospital pharmaceutical care in improving patients＇ compliance were analyzed. RESULTS： Patients＇ compliance is the pacing factor to maximize therapeutic efficacy, and in which satisfactory pharmaceutical care is indispensable. CONCLUSION： Hospital pharmaceutical care is conducive to the communication between doctors patients＇ compliance and promote rational drug use. and patients or among clinical pharmacists, and it can help enhance |
