| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨我院抗菌药物超常预警机制的建立与应用情况。方法:对我院2008年各月销售金额、用量排序列前10位的抗菌药物进行分析和监控。根据院内细菌培养及药敏试验结果,将销售金额和使用数量均居榜首的注射用头孢呋辛钠作为目标药物进行重点监控。结果与结论:我院通过实施有效的预警干预机制,注射用头孢呋辛钠的销售金额和应用频度均有一定下降,其不合理应用现象比例下降31.0%,说明我院的抗菌药物超常预警机制具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To discuss the application of the early warning monitor mechanism on hospital extraordinary use of antibiotics. METHODS： The antibiotics ranked at top 10 places on the consumption list and consumption quantity list were analyzed and monitored. Based on the results of bacterial culture and drug susceptibility in our hospital, Cefuroxime sodium which ranked at the first place in both consumption sum and consumption quantity was taken as our target for monitoring. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Due to the effective intervention of early warning monitor mechanism, both the consumption sum and the DDDs of cefuroxime sodium for injection reduced to some degree and the irrational use phenomena decreased by 31.0%, suggesting the positive clinical value of early warning monitor mechanism on hospital extraordinary application of an- tibiotic. |
