| 摘 要： | 目的研究高氧保存液对大鼠供肝的保护作用。方法采用大鼠肝脏非循环离体灌注模型，分别以乳酸钠林格氏液和高氧乳酸钠林格氏液对大鼠肝脏低温保存0、1、3、6h，随后进行常温灌注30min，测定灌注流出液氧自由基代谢产物丙二醛（MDA）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量、肝细胞内Ca^2＋浓度；观察肝脏组织形态学变化。结果在同一时段，高氧乳酸钠林格氏液组大鼠肝脏细胞内Ca^2浓度及流出液MDA含量较乳酸钠林格氏组低，而SOD含量较高。光镜、电镜观察两组肝脏组织形态学变化也有一定的差别。结论高氧乳酸钠林格氏液对大鼠供肝保护作用优于乳酸钠林格氏液，即高氧保存液对供肝有更好的保存作用。
