| 摘 要： | 目的 分析MRI对于不同时期脑囊虫病的诊断价值。材料与方法 回顾分析103例经手术或酶标试验确诊的脑囊虫患者。结果 根据MRI的特点将脑囊虫病分为4型：单纯脑实质型（74例）、脑室型（7例）、蛛网膜下腔型（6例）、混合型（16例）。结论 MRI对于各型不同时期的脑囊虫病诊断价值较高。对于蛛网膜下腔型应引起注意，特别是合并有脑室扩张者，以免误诊或漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis in different stages.Materials and Methods MRI findings and clinical data in 103 patients with surgically or pathologically-proved cerebral cysticercosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Based on MRI characteristics, the disease could be divided into four types: cerebro parenchymal type (n=74), ventricular type (n=7), subarachnoid type (n=6) and mixed type (n=16).Conclusion MRI can demonstrate the characteristics of cerebral cysticercosis. In order to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, great attention should be paid to the subarachnoid type, especially when dilated ventricle is accompanied. |
