苏州地区儿童血清肌酐参考值的建立

目的应用肌氨酸氧化酶法测定苏州地区健康儿童血清肌酐并建立参考值范围。方法应用酶法测定4300例健康儿童血清肌酐浓度,并按年龄和性别分组统计,以确立儿童血清肌酐的参考值范围。结果学龄期和青春期不同性别儿童的血清肌酐水平差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其余各期不同性别之间差异无统计学意义。男女不同性别组各年龄期,除婴儿期与幼儿期差异无统计学意义外,其余各期之间差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。各组血清肌酐参考值为新生儿期:14.4~50.0μmol/L,婴幼儿期:14.9~42.9μmol/L,学龄前期:21.1~47.9μmol/L,男性学龄期:27.1~58.3μmol/L,女性学龄期:22.2~53.4μmol/L,男性青春期:29.2~64.0μmol/L,女性青春期:24.4~58.4μmol/L。本研究的儿童各组血清肌酐参考值与其他文献报道的成人参考值差异有统计学意义。结论不同性别不同年龄的儿童血清肌酐参考值差异有统计学意义,故以后临床工作者针对这一特殊人群应建立合理的参考值范围,为临床诊断和疾病预后等提供重要依据。
