DSA在不明原因消化道出血中的诊疗价值

目的评价DSA在不明原因消化道出血（OGIB）中的诊断与治疗价值。方法对我院14例胃、肠镜未发现出血病因的消化道出血患者行DSA检查,必要时行栓塞治疗。结果根据DSA检查结果及进一步的手术治疗明确出血病因和部位,14例中溃疡出血1例,肿瘤性出血5例,血管性出血6例,术后出血1例,空肠憩室并出血1例;3例出血部位在十二指肠,5例出血部位在空肠,6例出血部位在回肠,可靠诊断阳性率达85.71%（12/14）。其中5例通过血管栓塞治疗成功止血,成功率71.43%（5/7）,其余均行手术治疗。结论 DSA对于OGIB具有重要的诊断及治疗价值。

Diagnostic and Therapeutic value of DSA on Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective to evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of Digital Subtract Angiography（DSA）on Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding（OGIB）.Methods 14 cases of gastrointestinal hemorrhage with unknown cause were checked by endoscopy underwent DSA in our hospital.Results According to the test results of DSA and further surgical treatment we found out the real bleeding cause and location of 14 cases,including 1 case of ulcer,5 cases of tumor,6 cases of vascular lesion,1 case of postoperative hemorrhage,1 case of hemorrhage of jejunal diverticulum;3 cases of duodenorrhagia,5 cases of jejunorrhagia,6 cases of ilenorrhagia.Reliable positive rate of diagnosis was 85.71%（12/14）.5 cases were cured by vascular embolization,the success rate was 71.43%（5/7）,and the others were all treated through operation.Conclusion DSA plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of OGIB.
