焦点小组访谈法在评价艾滋病宣传教育材料中的应用

摘    要:目的了解中央下发的艾滋病宣传教育材料在不同目标人群宣传教育工作中的使用情况。方法在重庆、黑龙江两省(市)组织基层工作人员、社区居民、在校大学生、娱乐场所从事商业性行为的女性工作者、农民工5类目标人群,运用焦点小组访谈方法了解艾滋病宣传教育材料的使用情况,了解需求、听取建议。结果中央下发的艾滋病宣传教育材料在基层工作中的使用取得了较好效果,普遍得到5类目标人群的接受和认可。群众对艾滋病都有基本的认识,但不同人群对宣传材料选择的喜好不同。基层工作人员认为实物型宣传材料在基层工作中广受欢迎,建议国家开发针对同性恋和性工作者群体的影视材料;社区居民喜欢有名人的海报和图文并茂的画册;大学生喜欢知识丰富的读本、挂图,以及明星演唱会形式的影视材料;性工作者喜欢综合介绍预防性病、妇科、避孕和艾滋病防治知识的小画册;农民工喜欢图文并茂、以图为主、文字浅显易懂的小画册。结论今后的艾滋病宣传教育材料应在满足不同目标人群需求的基础上开发和改进,以符合基层艾滋病防治工作的实际。

Abstract:Objective To learn the usage of health educational materials on AIDS prevention designed by National Institute for Health Education in provincial AIDS prevention work. Methods To use focus groups interview method to organize public health staff, community residents, college students, sex workers, migrant workers and learn the opinion, demand and suggestion of them on AIDS health educational materials. Results The health educational materials designed and handed out by National Institute for Health Education acquired good effect, and accepted and welcomed by populace. All target population knew transmitted ways of HIV/AIDS, while different people liked different materials. Public health staff said practicality materials were welcomed in provincial health education work, and suggested to design video materials to teach sex workers how to persuade guests to use condom. Community residents liked posters with famous persons and booklet with paintings. College students liked books with more information, and video materials with movie stars. Sex workers liked booklet introduced bow to prevent sexual transmitted diseases, gynecologic diseases, contraception and AIDS. Migrant workers liked booklet with paintings easy to read and understand. Conclusion Health educational materials on AIDS prevention should be designed and emended according to the demand and suggestion of different population.
