| 摘 要： | 报告５例合并严重鼻衄的外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘。迟发，反复发生的严重鼻衄为其主要临床特征。全部病例均采用血管内可脱球囊栓塞治疗，效果良好。文中就本病的病理生理变化、诊断及治疗方法进行了探讨。

Diagnosis and Treatment of the Traumatic Carotid Cavernous Fistula with Severe Epistaxis |

| Abstract: | ? This article reports 5 cases of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula accompanied with severe epistaxis. Delayed and repeated epistaxis was its most common clinical feature. All of them received the treatment of endovascular detachable balloon embolization, and the effect of this therapy was good. The pathophysiology, angiographical diagnosis and endovascular therapy of this disease were discussed. |
