| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾炎灵胶囊对气虚水肿(慢性肾炎肾病型)的临床疗效.方法将观察对象随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用肾炎灵胶囊,对照组使用金水宝胶囊.结果两组整体疗效比较,治疗组显效率高于对照组,二者有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01);有效率比较,二者无显著差异(P＞0.05).各项症状体征比较,治疗组对气虚症状改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论肾炎灵胶囊对气虚水肿疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Purpose : To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shen Yan Ling capsule for hydrops due to qi deficiency (chronic nephritic nephritis) . Method : A random sample of patients were divided into the treated group and controlled group , the former was treated by Shen Yan Ling capsule while the latter by Jin Shui Bao Capsule. Results: In the total therapeutic effect of the two groups, there was a remarkable difference ( P <0.01), the effectual rate of the treated group was higher that of the controlled group; as to the effective rates , there was an obvious difference ( P <0.05). And in the symptoms and signs, the treated group was obviously better than the controlled group in improving the qi deficiency symptoms. Conclusion : The therapeutic effect of Shen Yan Ling capsule is certain for hydrops due to qi deficiency . |
