| 摘 要： | 目的:观察美宝创面速愈贴的临床应用价值及可靠性.方法:供皮区创面用1:1000肾上腺素盐水纱布压迫止血后,将美宝创而速愈贴去除外包装后直接贴覆于创面近心端,远端直接用凡士林纱布覆盖于创面,外用烧伤敷料加压包扎,观察两种小同敷料供皮区创面的愈合时间.结果:供皮区创面平均愈合时间分别为:①薄中厚供皮区:美宝创面速愈贴治疗组为10.54d±1.70d,凡士林组为13.29d±1.92d;②厚中厚供皮区:美宝创面速愈贴治疗组为14.40d±1.38d,凡士林组为18.40d 44±1.96d.结论:美宝创面速愈贴对断层皮片供区创面有较好的止痛作用,能缩短创而愈合时间,降低并发症,美宝创面速愈贴是覆盖断层皮片供区的良好敷料.
