摘    要:教学质量是高等医学院校的生命线,提高课堂教学质量对高等院校的发展具有举足轻重的作用。要提高教学质量,教师就必须掌握专业知识和技能,还应具备深厚的教育理论修养、广阔的教育前沿视野、过硬的教育科研能力、敏感的教育问题意识及反思能力。反思性教学是教师提高教学质量的有效途径。在具体的教学过程中教师的反思主要是在教学实践前、教学实践中和教学实践后。

Abstract:Teaching quality is the lifeline of higher medical institutions of learning,and improving the quality of classroom teaching plays an important role in the development of medical colleges and universities.To improve the quality of teaching,teachers must nou only master professional knowledge and skills,but also have profound educational theory,a broad vision on educational leading edge,excellent educational research ability,sharp awareness of educational issues and reflection capacity.Reflective teaching is an effective way to improve teachers' quality of teaching.Teachers' reflection in the specific teaching process occurs mainly before,during and after teaching practice.
