宫腹腔镜联合行输卵管全程插管再通术疗效分析

目的 探讨宫腔镜一腹腔镜联合行输卵管插管术在治疗输卵管性不孕中的临床价值。方法 对121例因输卵管阻塞引起不孕症患者采用宫腔镜-腹腔镜联合手术，在腹腔镜监视下先行宫腔镜输卵管口插管至输卵管开口内约1cm，并加压通液术，若失败则沿输卵管口插入外导管后，再插入内芯3～14cm疏通输卵管全程。结果 121例患者共210条输卵管经宫腔镜输卵管口插管通液术后再通为63条，占30．00％，而经输卵管全程插管术后的患者再通为134条，占63．81％（P〈0．01）。结论 宫腹腔镜联合行输卵管全程插管再通术，具有疗效好、成功率高、损伤小等特点，是目前治疗输卵管阻塞的较好方法。

Analysis of effect of whole oviduct intubation on tubal infertility with hysteroscope association laparoscope

Objective] To investigate the clinic value of oviduct intubation on tubal infertility with hysteroscope association laparoscope. Methods] 121 tubal infertility women underwent intubation tube from oviduct mouth into about 1cm and water compressed under hysteroscope association laparoscope. If oviduct failed in recanalization, the external tube were inserted oviduct mouth, then internal core inserted to dredge the whole oviduct (about 3~14 cm). Results] 210 oviducts of 121 women were given a recanalization rate of 30.00% (63/210) by oviduct intubation and water compressed under hysteroscope , with a recanalization rate of 63.81% (134/210) by the whole oviduct intubation(P <0.01). Conclusions] The whole oviduct intubation under hysteroscope association laparoscope is high effect and success rate for oviduct emphraxis at present.
