| 摘 要： | 肠道子宫内膜异位症是深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症的常见病变类型，手术是其首选治疗方法。肠道子宫内膜异位病灶与生殖道、泌尿道之间关系密切，手术可导致不同类型的并发症发生。文章介绍肠道子宫内膜异位症手术并发症的发生原因及相应预防和治疗方法，为临床医师预防和处理这些并发症提供参考。

| Abstract: | Abstract:Bowel endometriosis (BE) is one of the common types of deep infiltrating endometriosis. The preferred treatment for BE is laparoscopic surgery. There is a close relationship between the endometriotic foci of BE and the reproductive tract, the urinary tract. Different kind of complications may arise during and after laparoscopic treatment for BE. This article analyses the reasons of these complications and suggests some practical and effective methods in the prevention and treatment of this complications. |
