| 摘 要： | 随着我国新一轮医药体制改革和军队编制体制改革的不断深化，军队医院现行的药品采购模式愈益与国家药品采购政策的演进不相适应。通过对军地医院药品采购政策及国外公立医疗机构药品采购模式的研究，综述现阶段军队医院药品采购模式现状，探索军队医院药品采购新模式，为军队医院药品采购军民融合深度发展奠定基础。

| Abstract: | During the new round of medical system and military system reform, the current drug procurement mode in military hospitals dose not keep up with the development of national drug procurement policy. This article summarized the current situation of medication procurement in military hospitals through the study of national drug procurement policies for domestic public hospitals and foreign public medical institutions. The new drug procurement mode for military hospitals was discussed in order to lay the foundation for the Civilian-military Integration of military hospitals. |
